Regular online orders are only 495 yen per item.
This means if you purchase an item for 5,000 yen and a second item for 8,000 yen, our fee is 990 yen (495 for each item). However, if you purchase two of the same item (e.g. two shirts), then our fee is only 495 yen in total. If you buy the same shirt in 2 different sizes or 2 different colours, etc., then it is counted as 2 separate items, and the fee would be 990 yen in total.
1. Orders for secondhand flea market apps (such as Mdrcari, Fril, Otamart and Rakuma) are not considered as regular online orders, and are a separate flat fee of 850 yen per transaction.
2. We cannot accept orders for auctions (such as mercari, fril, etc.), only regular online orders or "buy it now" type items.
2. Some online orders (such as event tickets) require pick up at a physical store. In this case, commission for an in-store service is charged. If the pick up is at a convenience store, then it will be treated as an online order. However, there will be an additional charge of 500 yen for the extra time to pick up the tickets (no travel costs will be charged for convenient stores).
We provide a shopping service for Japanese fleamarket apps such as Mercari Fril, Otamart and Rakuma.
Purchases through these apps are different to regular online fees as there is more involved in the purchasing process.
The service fee is a flat fee of 850 yen per transaction. This service fee does not increase no matter the price of your item!
For every transaction that is made through Paypal and credit card merchants, the payment gateway takes a percentage of the order total as their processing fee. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Therefore, there is a 4.45% + 40 yen payment gateway fee to cover the costs they charge.
Travel is a flat fee of 600 yen for central Tokyo. Any areas outside of central Tokyo will have to be calculated according to travel prices.
For in-store orders, you may want items from multiple stores in the same area, or different areas around Tokyo. If the shops are in the same area, and within walking distance, we offer to visit multiple stores free!
If the shops are in different areas and require a train ride there will be an extra charge of 2,000 yen plus any additional travel costs.
For online orders there is no extra charge. Online fees are charged per item rather than per store.
If you would like to pre-order an item from a physical store (a.k.a reserve an item that will be released later), this will often require two trips to the store (one trip to make the reservation, and a second trip to pick up the order when it is ready). If it requires two trips, there will be an additional service fee of 1500 yen plus the corresponding travel costs.
We will go to popular releases or events 30 minutes early for free in order to line up for you. Additional time you wish us to wait, or we are required to queue, incurs a service charge of 750 yen per 30 minutes.
We can do overnight queuing/camping. The service charge for queuing between 11pm - 6am is 1,500 yen per 30 minutes.
Please note we can only accept orders if the release or reservation date is known.
If you want us to find something for you, just attach a photo link or enter as much information as you can in the order form, and we will do our best to locate it!
We offer free searches for items. However, if you want us to search for multiple items we may have to charge you for our time. Please note this is dependent upon the difficulty of your request. Feel free to get in touch for a quote!
Consolidating orders is free of charge.
Please note: Consolidation is only possible as long as shipping has not yet been paid for. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched. There is a 300 yen fee for repackaging requests.
We can hold your items free of charge for up to 30 days! This allows you to make and consolidate more orders, and save on shipping costs. After the 30 day-hold period is up, there will be a 50 yen fee per day for holding your items.
Please note: Occasionally, customers stop responding to emails and abandon their orders. So, please be aware that if we have received no correspondence from you for up to 14 days after the 30-day hold period, we will consider your order abandoned and it will be discarded or put up for sale. You cannot claim a refund for your order if it has been abandoned.
If you want to cancel your purchase after the item arrived at our warehouse, there is a fee of 1000 yen to return it (only if the seller accepts returns). This does not include any domestic shipping or other costs required to return your order.
The 1000 yen fee does not apply to returns being made as a result of faulty goods.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for faulty or incorrect goods. As a middle man we cannot check every order that goes through us, so if you would like a refund or exchange, then you will need to pay any return shipping costs. This includes returning the goods to us, and shipping costs to send out the correct order to you (if you desire an exchange). Most Japanese companies that accept returns will take on the cost of domestic shipping to return the goods to them. However, in the case that they do not, you would need to pay this cost also in order to return or exchange your goods. We cannot be held liable for mistakes made by the distributor or manufacturer.
While we consolidate and package orders for free according to your request, if you change your mind after the package has been prepared there is a 300 yen repackaging fee for our time and packaging materials.
If you want us to take pictures of your item before shipping internationally, it will cost 150 yen per photo.
