- Wait for us to purchase/receive your item. Please note online orders may take a few days to arrive.
- Once your package has been prepared we will send you an invoice for international shipping.
- Pay for shipping and wait.
- Yay! Your order has arrived.
An in-store order is an order where we are required to go to a physical store to purchase your item(s). Therefore, there is a travel fee to cover transportation costs.
Please note: We are located in central Tokyo.
An online order is as it sounds - an order made from any Japanese online store. We can purchase items from independent sellers as well as large online shops. As long as it's possible, we will buy it for you!
We can also purchase from Mercari, Fril, Otamart, and similar Japanese fleamarket apps. As long as it's a "buy it now" and not an auction, we can purchase for you. Please note we do not provide a proxy service for bidding on online auctions.
Special or unusual requests are any orders outside of the typical online or in-store orders. Generally, you can request anything. This can include attending concerts or events in order to purchase items, travelling outside of Tokyo (we can go anywhere in Japan), pre-orders (items that must be ordered in advance), or anything else you can think of really. As long as it can be done, feel free to submit a request.
Sometimes you may make more than one order and decide you would like them shipped together. This is called order consolidation. Accio Tokyo's consolidation handling is free! Just make sure to fill in the "additional information" box in the newest order form and tell us which orders you'd like consolidated.
Please note: Consolidation is only possible as long as shipping has not yet been paid for. Once payment is received your order will be dispatched.
If requested, we will hold your items free of charge for up to 30 days. This allows you to make and consolidae more orders, and save on shipping costs. After the 30 day hold period is up, there will be a 50 yen charge per day for holding your items.
Please note: Occasionally, customers stop responding to emails and abandon their orders. Please be aware that if we have received no correspondence from you for up to 10 days after the 30 day hold period we will consider your order abandoned and it will be discarded or put up for sale.
