Things you should know before you make an order
Consolidating orders is free of charge. Please note: Consolidation is only possible as long as shipping has not yet been paid for. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched.
If requested, we can hold your items free of charge for up to 30 days. This allows you to make and consolidate more orders, and save on shipping costs. After the 30 day-hold period is up, there will be a 50 yen charge per day for holding your items.
Please note: Occasionally, customers stop responding to emails and abandon their orders. So, please be aware that if we have received no correspondence from you for up to 10 days after the 30-day hold period, we will consider your order abandoned and it will be discarded or put up for sale.
Due to Japan Post shipping restrictions, we cannot ship the following items:
Batteries (certain lithium batteries already built into the equipment is permissible)
Flammable Liquids (includes fragrances and perfumes)
Explosives and Hazardous Materials
For more information, please see the [Japan Post website].
Please note: We cannot mark down packages or mark them as a gift. Although we would like to be able to help, it is illegal to mislabel packages in this way.
Order restrictions are the same as the shipping restrictions. In addition, we cannot accept orders for oversized items (e.g. large pieces of furniture). Mail forwarding is also not part of our service.
